got me involved with this.. without even knowing, actually. She's going to keep track of her dieting and exercise. So.. I thought that'd be a great idea. So I'm going to do the same thing. Except I'm just going to post everything I ate today & then how much I exercised.. Yeah, but 12 AM I will have updated about a million times.. you'll get used to it though. I'd love for some support.. make sure you check out Steph's page too! We both need support and inspiration! Thanks!
Today I've eaten..
A granola bar - 10 AM
Half a donut - 11 AM
A gourmet bowl from Taco Bueno, includes black beans, cilantro rice and spicy chicken - 2:30 PM
Fit&Active Protein Energy Bar - 5:15 (15 grams of protein, 200 calories. That's more protein & less calories than in a McDonald's cheeseburger)
that's so far.. I'll update later :)
I've only drank water today, too, so that's good. :)
But, I haven't exercised at all, sadly.
Current weight - 130
Goal weight numero uno - 125
Goal weight numero dos - 122
